Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while nice, felt a bit small for a 3-star hotel. They were, however, quite spacious and equipped with more than just the basics like a seating area, a table, a flat-screen TV, coffee and tea facilities, and comfortable beds. The highlight was definitely the balcony/terrace, which was worth the extra cost. I enjoyed people-watching in the lively square while sipping on a coffee or a cold beer.

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the old city. It was a short stroll away from the museum, markets, and cathedral, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options within a ten-minute walk. The lively Plaza San Francisco provided a vibrant setting, with nearby amenities like pubs, supermarkets, restaurants, and even a tobacco shop. The view of the rooftops was spectacular.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good selection of dishes on display from the first day. However, I felt that the options could have been a bit more varied to enhance the overall experience.
Facilities

The hotel is like a small apartment with a fantastic view from the balcony, offering large rooms with plenty of wardrobe space. It's cozy and clean, though some hairs were found in the bathroom. The huge TV, while nice, was unnecessary.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms are spacious, comfy, and come with tea/coffee making facilities. The view of the square from the balcony is lovely.
Service

The housekeeping service was excellent, but could benefit from modernization. The staff, however, were particularly friendly compared to other places we visited during our holiday.
Location

The location is perfect, situated in a square with diverse food options and a charming church nearby. It's also conveniently close to major attractions and well-recommended tapas bars.

6.8/10
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were comfortable and clean with tea/coffee making facilities, they felt a bit crowded, similar to a school dinners room. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city on a lively plaza & park nearby, backed by friendly helpful staff. However, the service left much to be desired with a 'couldn't care less' attitude, though they were efficient. Dining options were not really worth bothering about, and it was better to eat breakfast at one of the cafes in the plaza outside the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and some had a nice view, making the experience very pleasant. The service was top-notch with staff being very friendly and doing their best to make my stay enjoyable. The location was exceptional, right in the old town of Cadiz with convenient options for dining nearby. The dining experience, however, was a bit lacking in variety. Overall, a great value for the money with a few minor downsides.
